Short sizes are recommended for golfers 5'9 and shorter.

Regular sizes are recommended for golfers 5'10 and taller.

Tall sizes are recommended for golfers 6'4 and taller. 

As a general sizing recommendation for the length of the joggers. it is best to look at what your inseam is for a good fitting pair of jeans. Then subtract 2-3 inches from that inseam to find your perfect length jogger. For example:

-If you wear 30 length jeans. choose the Short length jogger

-If you wear 32 length jeans. choose the Regular length jogger

-If you wear 34 length jeans. choose the Tall length jogger
